CANADIAN
and INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Generally, International orders (except Canada) ship via United States Postal Service. Quoted International shipping rates are estimates only. Actual shipping rates may vary. If you would like to place an International order, please email us with with specific details of your order and your delivery address. We will respond to your email within 3 business days with shipping options and costs.
CANADIAN orders will typically ship by USPS Standard service. Generally orders will arrive within 10 business days. Please send an email with your address and order details and we will inform you of exact shipping
charges and estimated delivery time.

2. Your order
We do our best to ship in stock items within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you via email and let you know what to expect.
Our standard delivery method is UPS ground, which generally arrives within 1-6 business days. Standard delivery will be via USPS for addresses that cannot be reached by UPS ground service (PO boxes, Alaska and Hawaii). Expedited orders - 3-Day or Second Day delivery - received before noon on weekdays will be processed the same day; orders received after noon may ship the next business day. We are also able to ship your order via NEXT DAY SERVICE upon a special email request or phone call. Rates vary tremendously, so we have changed our policy so that Next Day Orders require us to give you a rate quote for approval. Orders received after noon eastern time on Friday may not be processed until Monday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday; Saturday delivery may be arranged for a $10 surcharge, subject to availability (please call or email to request). Please note that we use UPS and USPS interchangeably for expedited shipments.
